Hide Notifications in Teams Screen Share

Teams banners during a share look unprofessional and can expose Discord or mail. Combine Teams settings with OS focus and a clean desktop.

1. Share a window, not the full desktop, when possible.
2. Windows Focus → Alarms only; Mac Do Not Disturb on.
3. Mute Discord or quit it for the meeting.
4. Presentations playbook: turn off notifications during a presentation.
